Refund Policy

Please read this Policy carefully as it forms part of the terms and conditions for any purchases made through Amalfi Luxury. This Policy outlines your rights and obligations with regard to returns and refunds, including important limitations and exclusions.

Please select your items carefully. We do NOT accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect choice.

Exchange Due to Incorrect Size

We accept size exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned new, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Footwear, if applicable, must be returned in its original undamaged box without shipping labels attached. Any items we determine to be worn, soiled, or damaged will not be eligible for exchange under this section.

Sale Items

Please note that, apart from mandatory statutory warranties, sale items are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

Archive & Special Promotions

We do not accept returns, refunds, exchanges, or store credit for items purchased during Archive or Special Warehouse Sales, unless the item is deemed faulty.

We may offer an exchange or store credit only for faulty Archive or Warehouse Sale items, if the following conditions are met:

  • The item(s) are returned within 7 days of delivery

  • The item(s) are in original condition, with all tags still attached

  • The item(s) have not been worn, washed, or altered

  • Returns for exchange of size or style are accepted only once
