All our orders are shipped directly from Italy, where our artisanal workshop and central warehouse are located.
2. Which countries do you ship to?
We ship worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at info@amalfiluxury.shop and we will arrange a custom solution for you.
3. How long does shipping take?
Italy: 1–3 business days
Europe: 3–6 business days
Rest of the world: 5–10 business days
All delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and any unforeseen circumstances.
4. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of the parcel.
We offer free shipping within Italy for orders over €500.
5. Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time.
6. Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we can update your delivery address. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@amalfiluxury.shop.
7. What happens if I’m not home when my package is delivered?
The courier will attempt a second delivery or leave a notice with instructions to pick up your parcel at a collection point or schedule a new delivery.
8. Who is responsible for customs duties and taxes?
For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties or import taxes are the customer's responsibility.
